Filmmaking HND students pitch to industry professionals

Students on the Filmmaking HND 2nd-year course were presented with a unique opportunity to pitch their ideas for a feature-documentary to two recognised industry professionals.

Feature documentary Producer Michele D'acosta (Biggie & Tupac, Kurt & Courtney, Blur - No Distance Left to Run) and Documentary Director Andy Heathcote (The Moo Man) visited Brighton Film School to hear the students pitch their ideas for a feature documentary which they will be producing as part of their 2nd year on the course and hopefully beyond into distribution through festivals.

The students were allocated a 3 minute slot to pitch, followed by a 3 minute Q&A to sell their idea to our industry guests after which the best projects will be selected and taken forward to production.

Thank you to Michele D'acosta and Andy Heathcote for your time.
