Brighton Young Film Makers

Brighton Young Film Makers offers workshops and training for young people aged between 12 – 16. These dynamic workshops will introduce students to both practical and organsational elements of making a short film. Through attending either our week long summer workshop or a series of evening, weekend or day sessions during school holidays, students will be able to produce work that could be submitted to achieve a BTEC Level 2 Certificate (equivalent to a GCSE).

Students will be given instruction in using HDV cameras, professional tripods, Boom, mic and clappers, as well as editing using iMovie or for the more advanced, Final Cut Pro.

The course starts January 7th 2012.
