Julian Kerridge's Feature Film Workshop

Brighton based film director Julian Kerridge came into Brighton Film School recently to run a workshop and give invaluable advice to Brighton Film School students on how to put a feature film together. The workshop followed a screening of  'Seamonsters' (recently screened at The Duke of Yorks Cinema as part of the Cinecity Film Festival). Julian discussed his career as an actor and his decision to attend Film School, following his passion to write and direct. Extracts from his short films were shown and example documentation of schedules, call sheets and risk assessments from 'Seamonsters' were distributed. Julian then gave Brighton Film School students feedback on their next project ideas and helped them to consider aspects of story, plot and character. We hope that Julian will run additional workshops late in the term.

SEAMONSTERS 1st Trailer (ungraded) from Julian Kerridge on Vimeo.

This is our first unofficial SEAMONSTERS trailer. Ungraded pictures and unmixed sound but still a nice taste of things to come. Music by Rose Elinor Dougall and The Travelling band.
