Our design courses give students a solid grounding in film art direction and production design processes, under the tutelage of Artist and Production Designer Anna Deamer. Students learn the practical skills to take an idea from script to delivery in both theoretical and live projects and have the opportunity to actualize their designs in the film school studio and/or on location on film school shoots.
We have a wide range of courses, from a fun introductory evening class, through to our 2-year HNC/HND course (equivalent to first two years of a degree) and our 9-month part-time professional Diploma aimed at those who want the industry training but require the flexibility of studying alongside their career, or are already with an art degree.
Whatever your level of experience, if you want to design sets and props for film and television, we have the course for you.
