Film student credited in award winning film

Charlie Bentley, who is currently in his 2nd year of his Filmmaking HND at Brighton Film School, has been credited for his work in a short film that has just been awarded at the Monaco Film Festival.

'A Life Like Mine' was awarded the 'Special Jury Award', 'Best Cast' and 'Best Editing' at the Monaco Film Festival, and Charlie worked on the shoot, based in Scarborough, as a Production Assistant.

Charlie said:

This is wonderful news and a comment on what can be achieved by student filmmakers who have a good team around them. I am so happy.

Charlie's final credit on the film was 2nd Assistant Director.

Congratulations to the whole cast and crew behind 'A Life Like Mine' and especially Charlie for another fantastic credit to his name.
